Noose found at Ashburn home
May 23, 2012 - 07:51 am
A noose was discovered tied on the back deck of a home in Ashburn on Monday, authorities say.
A resident reported the incident to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office on Monday, claiming someone left the noose at their home, located in the 1900 block of Upland Terrace, between April 25 and April 30.
Officials say the incident possibly involves an ongoing dispute with neighbors. In the meantime, police say they're stepping up patrols in the area.
An investigation is ongoing.
