Tom Willis is a local man who doesn't let adversity beat him. He was born without arms but has never let that slow him down.

Willis, a University of Maryland grad, has learned how to do everything with his feet.

Willis, a motivation speaker who currently lives in San Diego, wants to pitch in all 30 parks.
