Woman stabbed near D.C. convention center

WASHINGTON (AP) - Police say a woman was stabbed near the Washington convention center.
Police say the stabbing happened around 11:15 p.m. Friday near 7th and M Streets in northwest Washington. The Mount Vernon Square Metro station is also nearby. Police say the woman was stabbed in or near her jaw but was conscious and breathing.
Police say they are looking for two women in connection with the incident.
