COMMUTE
Worst cities for traffic
Believe it or not – gridlock in the United States is getting better, but drivers in the nation's capital are still stuck in it more than most of America.
A new study shows congestion dropped 30 percent in 2011, but drivers in the D.C. region are still wasting dozens of hours stuck in traffic.
Honolulu comes in on the National traffic Scorecard as having the worst commute in America, followed by Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York. Washington D.C. comes in at #6 on the list.
Jim Bak, from INRIX National Traffic Scorecard, explained what’s behind the drop on ABC7’s Good Morning Washington.
