History will be made at the Supreme Court on Thursday, and a small number of folks are spending the night in line outside to make sure they're there to witness it.

The Supreme Court is expected to announce its most highly anticipated decision in decades -- whether or not to uphold the controversial health care law signed into law by President Obama in March 2010.

To see how divided the country is, you need look no further than the first two people in line at the Supreme Court.

Number one is a woman from Williamsburg who sees the law as an attack on religious liberty, and wants the law to be overturned.

Number two is a woman from Fort Myers, Florida, who believes health care is a human right and thinks the law helps Americans achieve it. She wants it to be upheld.

The upcoming ruling was front and center on the minds of both Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and the capacity crowd who came out to see him in Sterling, Virginia, on Wednesday.

"My guess is they're not sleeping real well at the White House tonight," Romney told the crowd. "That's the way it ought to be."

At the event Eric Amacher of Centreville said he's already fired up for Romney, but he'll be even more fired up if the Supreme Court refuses to overturn the law.

"He's going to repeal it," Amacher said of Romney. "We need somebody who's willing to do that. And obviously if Obama stays in office he's not going to."

But even at the Romney event, there was at least one person who wants the law upheld.

Camilla Grove of Chevy Chase, Maryland, says it's helping her stay on her parents' health insurance.

"I think it gives you some time to get a job, and get on your own health care," she said.
