Christopher Michael Perry, Michael Rowe, Prince George's County officers indicted

Two Prince George’s County Police officers were indicted Thursday on kidnapping, false imprisonment assault and other charges in connection with a May incident involving teens.
A Charles County grand jury indicted Christopher Michael Perry, of Waldorf, and Michael Rowe, of Upper Marlboro. They officers are also facing charges of misconduct in office.
The incident they are accused of centers on three teens.
