D.C. residents to grade city services
D.C. has launched a website for residents to compliment or criticize the services delivered by city agencies.
The site, grade.dc.gov, is a customer service feedback tool, which allows the government to post grades online and measure the quality of services provided.
Users can complete surveys on the site, which launched Wednesday.
Mayor Vincent Gray says the new program will identify city problems and help departments find ways to improve.
