Howard County teen shooting leaves victim in critical condition
Howard County Police detectives are continuing to search for suspects in the shooting of a 15-year-old teenager in Marriottsville, who remains in critical condition in a Baltimore-area Shock Trauma center.
Police say that they discovered the victim just after 7 p.m. Tuesday in the 11400 block of Old Frederick Road with a gunshot wound to the head. Investigators believe the Baltimore County teen was driven to the location by the suspects and then shot.
There is no indication of a motive in the shooting, and police don't believe the shot was self-inflicted. In the meantime, investigators are offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Howard County Police.
