Juan Reyes Balbuena, Manassas man arrested for 'inappropriate relations' with child
A Manassas man has been arrested for having inappropriate relations with a 15-year-old boy.
Police say Juan Reyes Balbuena is charged with two counts of crimes against nature.
Police say, on May 18, Balbuena called police, reporting the theft of his cell phone. Balbuena told officers that he had let a 15-year-old borrow his phone and that the child refused to return it.
An investigation later revealed that Balbuena was having inappropriate contact with the boy and the phone was a gift from Balbuena.
Balbuena is being held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center, with no bond.
