Occupy DC's McPherson Square camp gone
June 12, 2012 - 06:14 am
The Occupy DC encampment at McPherson Square is officially gone.
Protestors say they took down the last tents and signs in the downtown D.C. park late Sunday night.
Occupy DC’s presence in the park was significantly reduced after a crackdown by U.S. Park Police in February.
The group says their camp may be gone, but their protest will continue.
