Ronald Tibbs arrested in connection with D.C. sexual assault

An arrest has been made in a Northwest sexual assault, police say.
According to police, the assault happened in the 1400 block of Spring Road on June 27. Officers responded to the scene just after 11:30 a.m.
The juvenile victim told officers she was sexually assaulted by an adult male.
Police arrested 50-year-old Ronald Tibbs of Northeast. He is charged with burglary one and second degree abuse.
