Woodrow Wilson Bridge crash kills two

Maryland State Police are investigating a double fatal accident on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.
The three vehicle accident happened on the northbound side of Interstate 95 around 2:50 a.m.
Police say one vehicle struck the back of a second vehicle, causing the first vehicle to catch fire. The driver and passenger in the at fault vehicle died at the scene.
According to police, the second vehicle then hit a tractor trailer.
The driver of the tractor trailer and rear passenger in the vehicle that caught fire were medevaced from the scene. The extent of their injuries is unknown.
