July 24, 2012 - 11:32 am
A Fairfax County grand jury indicted on a 20-year-old Chantilly woman on charges of killing an infant.
The grand jury indicted Carol Lutsky on charges of child abuse or neglect and murder. Authorities took Lutsky into custody on Monday.
The case began on Oct. 5, when Vienna Police went to the 1100 block of Lakewood Drive for a call of an unresponsive 11-month-old.
The infant, identified as Nehemiah Williams, was taken a local hospital where he died. The medical examiner determined the infant died from blunt force trauma.
