Charles Vincent Dominick arrested in Gambrills drug raid
Cops raided the home of a Gambrills man who was accused of manufacturing drugs and found $50,000 worth of marijuana, dozens of weapons and ammunition among other things.
The Anne Arundel County Police Department says officers searched the home of 53-year-old Nicholas Vincent Dominick, during which, they found 46 mature marijuana plants growing in a fenced in portion of his back yard. They also seized 11 handguns, five shotguns, eight rifles, including an assault rifle (AK-47), numerous ammunition magazines, boxes of shotgun, rifle and pistol ammunition, a marijuana growing book and a Tupperware container containing marijuana seeds inside the home.
Of the 24 guns found, 10 were registered, police said.
Dominick is charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, manufacturing marijuana, two counts of possession of a gun in a drug trafficking crime, possession with intent to distribute marijuana in a school zone, manufacturing marijuana in a school zone and two counts of possession of paraphernalia.
He was released on $25,000 bond from the Anne Arundel County Detention Center.
