Eugene Milstead, Jr. found killed in vehicle in Charles County

A 32-year-old man was found slain inside a vehicle in Charles County on Sunday morning.
The victim, identified Michael Eugene Milstead, Jr., of Oxon Hill, was found in the vehicle in near Piney Church Road and St. Linus Drive in Waldorf.
The cause of death is pending.
