MPD arrested a suspect for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman on July 12 in SE D.C.
Police arrested June A. Branch, 21, on Monday on charges of first degree sexual assault while armed and robbery while armed.
Police say Branch sexually assaulted and robbed a victim in the 1900 block of 18th Street. After sexually assaulting her, Branch walked the victim to a nearby ATM and forced her to withdraw cash, police say.
