Maryland man accused of raping, firing gun at women
FROSTBURG, Md. (AP) - Police in Frostburg say a man brought three young women back to a home for drinks and raped one of them, fired a handgun at all three and held one of them at gunpoint.
Twenty-four-year-old Andrew Dash of Baltimore was arrested early Saturday morning after police say two of the victims got away and reported what had happened. Officers went to the home where Dash was staying, where they found the third victim and arrested Dash.
Police say the women met Dash Friday evening and agreed to go to the home. There, police say he raped one of them. The other two tried to intervene, and police say Dash fired two shots at the women.
Dash is being held without bond. Court records do not list an attorney for him.
