Maryland's housing market improving, O'Malley says

BALTIMORE (AP) - Gov. Martin O'Malley is noting some positive numbers in Maryland's housing market.
O'Malley joined Department of Housing and Community Secretary Ray Skinner at a new homeowner's residence in Baltimore on Thursday to say home sales have increased statewide for the fifth consecutive month.
It also marks the most home sales in one month since June of 2010.
