Martinez Jessie Raynor, missing 12-year-old D.C. boy, found

D.C. Police have found a missing 12-year-old special needs boy.
Martinez Jessie Raynor was last seen in the 500 block of Rock Creek Church Road in Northwest about 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Thursday night, flyers with Martinez's picture were handed throughout the neighborhood, police said.
Police said he was located Friday morning.
