Obama to sign bill on highways, student loans

WASHINGTON (AP) - Gov. Martin O'Malley is expected to attend a bill signing at the White House.
President Barack Obama is scheduled to sign HR 4348, which will fund repairs for crumbling roads and bridges, and will prevent interest rates on student loans from doubling for more than 7 million students.
Construction workers and college students will also attend Friday's bill signing.
