PGPD officers rescue 7 from burning apartment building

Two Prince George's County Police officers are being hailed as heroes after running into a burning apartment building and rescuing seven people and several dogs.
Lt. Scott Finn and Cpl. Ricky Adey spotted a fire in a District Heights apartment building and responded immediately, before firefighters arrived.
According to residents, the officers raced door to door, kicking in doors to help people get out.
It took 100 firefighters to bring the fire under control.
The building is at 1971 Rochelle Avenue in District Heights, Maryland.
