Washington Gas to issue refund to Va. customers

Washington Gas customers in Virginia will soon be getting some money back.
The Virginia Corporation Commission says it approved just over two-thirds of the company’s requested $28.5 million rate hike.
But customers have been paying the higher rate since last October.
The Commission says customer will receive refunds with interest.
