A. Tawab Ebadi killed in crash on I-395 in Alexandria

A 25-year-old Chantilly man was killed and three others hurt in a single-vehicle crash on I-395 in Alexandria.
A. Tawab Ebadi died in the crash, which occurred at about 2:40 a.m. on the southbound Interstate 395 ramp to westbound Route 236 at Exit 3B. He was a passenger in the vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle, Javed Hussaini, 25, of Manassas, is being charged with DUI-related manslaughter and was taken to the Alexandria Adult Detention Center. Alcohol and speed were factors in the crash.
