Coyote attacks increase in D.C. area

Officials in the Washington area are warning that predators may be lurking in your neighborhood park or even your front yard.
In the past two weeks, coyotes have attacked family pets and in one case the attack was deadly.
The latest case was in the City of Fairfax.
It's a sad reminder to keep pets indoors and on leashes because experts say Eastern coyotes are now a part of the metro area landscape.
