One man has been linked to a string of commercial burglaries throughout Anne Arundel County.

Police say officers pulled David Evi Cooper, 45, over because he had run a red light, but took him into custody on an arrest warrant on August 6.

During investigations into several different burglaries, police recovered a cell phone and surveillance video, which helped them to identify Cooper, who was later linked to 17 burglaries at the following locations:

Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds
Eisenhower Golf Course
Crownsville Gardens
Franklin Landscaping
