Jose Ivan Lopez Castro arrested for allegedly killing Oscar Rivera

A 20-year-old man was arrested and charged with murdering an acquaintance in Fairfax County.
Police arrested Jose Ivan Lopez Castro on Wednesday and charged him with murdering Oscar Rivera, 38.
Police say Rivera was found with stab wounds in the bathroom of an apartment in the 9100 block of Barrick Street near the Merrifield area. Police say Rivera and the suspect knew each other and had a fight prior to the slaying.
