The medical journal "The Lancet" has released a study naming the laziest countries in the world.

The study was based on the percentage of each country's population researchers deemed active, meaning had 30-minutes of exercise a day.

Malta came in first place, followed by Swaziland in Southern Africa, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, then Argentina.

The U.S. came in 46th place.
