Marg Helgenberger ends support of Help Hospitalized Veterans over suit

Marg Helgenberger, one of the leading actresses on the popular show CSI, says she's ending her association with a wounded warriors charity that's accused of appropriating millions in donations funds for big salaries and golf club memberships.
According to ABC News, Helgenberger, who had been endorsing the Help Hospitalized Veterans organization, said she was not aware that the charity had been sued by a California official.
The suit alleges that Help Hospitalized Veterans used less than half of of the money it received in charitable donations to actually help veterans, ABC says.
