Maryland lawmakers discuss gambling expansion

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - A small group Maryland lawmakers is scheduled to meet to discuss gambling expansion in Maryland.
The House subcommittee that handles gambling legislation will meet at noon in Annapolis on Saturday.
The meeting comes a day after the Maryland Senate voted 28-14 for a measure to expand gambling to include table games and a new casino in Prince George's County.
Lawmakers are working in a special session that began Thursday.
