Montgomery County Agricultural Fair opens

GAITHERSBURG, Md. (AP) - The Montgomery County Agricultural Fair is opening in Gaithersburg.
The fair opens Friday and continues through Aug. 18.
This is the 64th anniversary of the fair, which includes carnival rides, magic shows and musical performances.
There's also lawn mower racing, a flower arranging contest and animal races.
This year's theme is "Sew it, grow it, show it."
Tickets cost $10 but children 11 and under get in free.
