Robert Lee Scott pleads guilty to indecent exposure

A man who was reportedly masturbating on a Metro train pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent exposure.

Robert Lee Scott, Jr., 48, of Capitol Heights, Md. pleaded guilty Monday and was sentenced to two years in prison but had 20 months suspended.

"I commend our customers for reporting these incidents and Metro Transit Police for pursuing this case and others like it," said Metro General Manager and CEO Richard Sarles. "Through reporting and active police work, we are sending a message that inappropriate sexual conduct will not be tolerated on Metro."

Authorities say Scott was seen masturbating on a train a the Reagan National Airport station.
