Samih Mustafa Sowen murder: $50,000 reward offered
Authorities are offering a $50,000 reward for information on a March 2011 homicide in Stafford County.
The victim in the slaying, Samih Mustafa Sowen, was killed on March 1 at 35 Fife Street at about 8 p.m. He was found in a basement apartment shot and unresponsive.
Witnesses told police they saw two black men running from the basement after the shooting and getting into a 4-door, light colored sedan. The vehicle was seen leaving on Road in Stafford County.
Sowen was the owner of the Subway on Walpole Street in Stafford County.
