August 13, 2012 - 09:46 pm
A Stafford County Fire Department spokesman said an adult home in Stafford County is a total loss following a fire.
Fire crews were called to the home at 127 Whispering Pines Lane Monday and found "fire throughout the structure."
No one was injured in the 40 minutes it took firefighters to control the blaze.
The home, which is a group home for special needs adults, was empty at the time of the fire. The residents have been relocated to other homes.
The cause of the fire has not been determined.
