Stone Hill Middle School substitute teacher accused of being drunk at school

A substitute middle school teacher at Stone Hill Middle School in Loudoun County was arrested for allegedly being drunk at the school.
Authorities Monday arrested Jacqueline Barnes, 50, of Aldie, and charged her with being drunk in public.
School staff alerted authorities that Barnes had arrived at school and allegedly appeared to be intoxicated.
