Three pedestrians hurt in NW vehicle crash

Three pedestrians were struck by a vehicle in NW D.C. and are suffering minor, non-life threatening injuries.
The crash occurred on N Street near 1st Street in the parking lot of the Economic Security Administration.
A party was being held in the parking lot when someone backing up struck three people.
