Victim apparently drowns near Edwards Ferry Road and River Road

Authorities Saturday are recovering a body of a person who apparently drowned near Edwards Ferry Road and River Road.
Montgomery County Police Captain Paul Starks says authorities are in rescue recovery mode and will subsequently conduct a death investigation.
