Duck Race Festival to kick off in Gaithersburg

Adopt a duck and win some bucks!
The Duck Race Festival 2012 kicks off Saturday, September 22 at The Rio at Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg, Maryland. It's from 10am-3pm.
All proceeds benefit The Arc Montgomery County to support individuals affected by intellectual and developmental disabilities.
