Kendall Mack murder: 2007 shooting victim dies five years later

A 32-year-old man who was shot in 2007 died earlier this week, and police say that his death is now being treated as a homicide.
Kendall Mack, a Southeast D.C. man who was shot on Nov. 13, 2007, passed away on Monday as a result of his injuries. The next day, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled his death a homicide.
The shooting happened in the 1600 block of W Street SE. Nearly five years later, a suspect in the shooting has not yet been found.
MPD officials say a $25,000 reward is being offered in connection with Mack's shooting death. Anyone with Information is asked to contact detectives at (202) 727-9099.
