Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard accident seriously injures man

A man suffered life-threatening injuries after falling into a bin at Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard in Dickerson.
Montgomery County Fire officials say that rescue crews removed the man from the bin and airlifted him to an area hospital. The incident occurred shortly before 9 a.m. Friday.
The vineyard is located at 18125 Comus Road.
