HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - Hagerstown police say a 4-year-old boy was found walking on railroad tracks hours after he was reported missing.
Police say the child's mother noticed the boy was missing from her Noland Village home about 1 p.m. Monday and searched the neighborhood for him. At 5 p.m., the boy's father called police to report him missing.
Police say officers found the boy in the Halfway area about 7:30 p.m. and returned him to his father.
