Noah Rucker indicted: Former swim coach accused of improper relationship
A former Fairfax County high school swim coach has been indicted on three felony counts connected to alleged inappropriate sexual conduct between him and a 17-year-old Madison High School student.
SwimSwam.com reports that Noah Rucker, a 39-year-old Bristow resident, has been indicted on multiple counts of indecent liberties with a child. A trial date will be set Thursday.
Rucker was charged in June with having a relationship with the Madison High School student in 2001. He was removed from his most recent job as a coach with the Curl Burke Swim Club after his arrest.
The former coach has not directly commented on the charges, but in June, his fiancée said in a statement that Rucker denied all the charges against him and that he "looked forward to clearing his name at trial."
