PurpleLight event to raise awarness of pancreatic cancer

D.C.will go purple this weekend to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer.
The D.C. PurpleLight event will be held in the Upper Senate Park on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol Building Sunday at 7 p.m. The exact location is between Constitution and Delaware avenues NE.
The nearest metro station is Union Station on the red line.
Attendees should arrive at 6:30 p.m. to get their purple glow stick, program and purple ribbon.
