Rakeem Willis arrested for 2010 slaying of Christopher Jones in D.C.

D.C. police arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a 2010 homicide in southeast D.C.
Police arrested Rakeem Willis and charged him with first degree murder.
He is accused of killing 23-year-old Christopher Lewis Jones, who was found shot inside a vehicle in the 4700 block of Alabama Avenue SE.
