Raymond Gene Adkins charged in Anne Arundel County stabbing
After a Baltimore man allegedly stabbed a person outside of a house in Anne Arundel County, police found him washing his hands inside, authorities say.
Raymond Gene Adkins, 30, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, attempted murder with a deadly weapon and first and second degree assault.
On September 3, Anne Arundel County Police responded to the 700 block of 700 block of Duvall Highway for a reported stabbing. Upon arrival, officer found a victim sitting on the front porch, suffering from two stab wounds to his torso.
Officers entered the resident and found Adkins in the bathroom washing his hands. Police say a bloody folding knife was lying on the sink.
