Rev. Al Sharpton plans to support same-sex marriage in Md.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - The Rev. Al Sharpton will be joining other well-known ministers from around the country to express support for same-sex marriage in Maryland.
The ministers have scheduled a news conference at the National Press Club in Washington on Friday.
The Rev. Delman Coates also is attending. Coates is a minister with the 8,000-member Mt. Ennon Baptist Church in Clinton.
Maryland voters will be deciding whether to allow same-sex marriage in Maryland on Election Day.
