Breast Cancer Awareness: Susan G. Komen 3-Day kicks off Friday in D.C. area

The Susan G. Komen 3-Day begins Friday in the D.C. area.

Participants will walk 60 miles in three days to raise money for breast cancer research.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

ABC7's Natasha Barrett and Jacqui Jeras had the chance to catch up with some of the event's participants.
