October 25, 2012 - 07:29 am
UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) - Closing arguments are scheduled to begin in the trial of a former FBI agent accused of a car crash in which an 18-year-old man died.
Former agent Adrian Johnson is being tried in Prince George's County, and jury selection is scheduled to begin Monday.
Authorities say Johnson was intoxicated and speeding when he crashed his car into another vehicle in Brandywine on Feb. 7, 2011.
The crash killed the other vehicle's driver, Lawrence Garner Jr.
The crash also seriously injured Garner's best friend, Robert Mitchell II.
