A child who reportedly had a medical issue on a Metro train Wednesday morning has died.

WTOP is reporting that the baby and her mother were on the Green Line this morning at Waterfront station when the 3-month-old got a bloody nose. The baby’s mother then reported that the baby wasn’t breathing.

A medical team performed CPR on the baby at the L’Enfant Plaza station platform. The infant was later pronounced dead upon arrival at Children’s Hospital, WTOP reports.
