Cletus Chidex Okoro, 54, arrested for sexual offense on teenaged boy

An Upper Marlboro man has been arrested for luring a teenaged boy into his Lincoln Navigator and committing a sexual offense on him.

Cletus Chidex Okoro, 54, lured the teenager into his SUV in the 7300 block of Landover Road in Landover, Prince George’s County Police say.

Okoro offered the boy money to wash his SUV, then drove to a car wash in the 8200 block of Landover Road where he committed a sexual offense on the teenager, police say.

Then, Okoro took the teenager back to the 7300 block of Landover Road.

Okoro is charged with third degree sex offense and sexual solicitation of a minor.
