The Washington Business Journal reports that a ruling by the D.C. Board of Zoning Adjustments was one of many that have gone against critics of Walmart.

The appeal sought to stop the building of the proposed store on Georgia Avenue NW, one of six Walmart stores planned for D.C.

Respect D.C., a Walmart critic, says the case will continue in the courts.

Walmart has a website dedicated to issues related to the proposed stores in D.C.

ABC7’s Sam Ford has the story.
